congregational ministries and ministry partners
around the globe.
Partners in Ministry
Where can I find an LC-I
congregation?
LC-I congregations are present mostly
east of the Mississippi River in the USA,
as well as from Ontario to Nova Scotia in
Canada. We also have partner churches
in other parts of the US and Canada, as
well as in Venezuela, Spain, and
Singapore.
Where are there LC-I ministries?
LC-I ministries are spead around the
globe. When the LC-I began in 1967 as
the International Lutheran Fellowship,
there was a larger focus ion chaplaincy
and specialized ministry than building
congregations. Today, we are working to
not only expand these special ministries,
but grow our congregations as well.
The LC-I has a strong tradition and foundation
in ecumenical relationships. Since the
founding of the ILF in 1967, working with
brothers and sisters in Christ has been a
hallmark of the church. We welcome inquiries
from individual congregations, synods,
diocese, judicatories, and church bodies on
opportunities to further the Gospel of Jesus
Christ.
